Kayla Hrkach

Kayla Hrkach

Registered Dental Hygienist

“We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do” — these are the words of wisdom that decorate my operatory. I chose them because I enjoy a clever double-entendre. On the one hand, they can refer to a literal smile; on the other, these words encapsulate the way I wish to live my everyday life; to treat every person with kindness and dignity, even in the little things. This is the primary reason why I chose dental hygiene as my profession. I love being of service to others, caring for others!

My other reason for choosing this profession is that I’m highly detail-oriented and love working with my hands; my favourite hobbies include sketching, crocheting, and cooking. Some of my other interests, as my work-family can attest to, are pretty nerdy. Eg. I can go on forever talking about movies; however, please know, I won’t subject you to that unless you wish it!

Quite happy with the thoroughness, competency, and overall level of customer service. Staff are friendly, technology and digital interaction is appreciated. Greats hours! I felt safe during pandemic visits and their protocols met expectations for a medical setting - even more so since mouth and noses are centimeters from each other! Thank you! Keep up the great work on all fronts!

My family has been going here for over 20 years. Great service and never had any issues. They are also opened late during the week and also opened on Saturday.

In this post-pandemic world, they took top notch safety measures: they have professional air purifying devices in every room and their staff wear both masks and clear face visors. They also screen all patients' temperatures at the door and require all patients to disinfect their hands and wear masks (except during cleanings and procedures).

I have been coming to Billings Bridge dental centre for approximately 35 years and always had wonderful service from all the staff and in particular my dentist Dr. Rodriguez who is now retiring this week. I highly recommend this place as their work is has been excellent for me, price is reasonable, good location in Billings Bridge Plaza, front end staff always friendly. Hard to believe, but after all these years I have nothing bad to say about this place! 👌✅😊
